Job Description
AZ Technologies is a leading integrator of Audio - Visual - Control solutions (Pro AV & ELV), and an official distributor & deployment partner of QSC, Crestron, JBL, Atlona, AVPro Edge... for 5-star hotels, office towers, hospitals, and shopping malls nationwide.
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the entire lifecycle of an AV/ELV project — from contract signing through acceptance, final settlement, and warranty handover — ensuring schedule, quality, and financial performance of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project execution plans: schedule, staffing, materials, and budget.
- Coordinate the team of supervising engineers, installation technicians, and subcontractors throughout execution.
- Work directly with clients/investors on progress, scope changes (if any), and resolve arising issues.
- Control project costs against the approved budget, and propose solutions when budget overrun risks emerge.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing department to ensure materials/equipment arrive in line with the construction schedule.
- Lead stage-by-stage acceptance, complete final settlement documentation, and hand over the project.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical - Electronics Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing technical projects (preferably AV, ELV, M&E, smart building systems).
- Has independently managed at least 1-2 medium/large-scale projects from start to handover.
- Strong planning, budget management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage, not mandatory.
- Basic communicative English (able to read technical documents and liaise with manufacturers when needed).
