Project Supervision Engineer

AZ Technologies is a leading integrator of Audio - Video - Control solutions (Pro AV & ELV) and an official distribution & implementation partner of QSC, Crestron, JBL, Atlona, AVPro Edge... for 5-star hotels, office buildings, hospitals, and shopping malls nationwide.

We are looking for a Project Supervision Engineer to ensure that AV/ELV systems at project sites (hotels, offices, hospitals, etc.) are installed in accordance with drawings, on schedule, and to quality standards before handover to the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of audio, video, control, and ELV infrastructure systems at project sites in accordance with approved technical designs.
• Inspect and accept the construction volume of installation teams/subcontractors by item and phase.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, design unit, main contractor/supervision consultant to handle site issues.
• Monitor actual construction progress against the plan, provide periodic reports, and issue early warnings of schedule delay risks.
• Prepare acceptance records and as-built documentation for handover and final settlement.
• Support occupational safety inspections at the site within assigned scope.

Candidate Requirements

• College/University degree in Electrical - Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience supervising construction projects (preference for experience with AV, ELV, M&E, or low-voltage systems).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings (AutoCAD); able to create/read construction schedules (MS Project is an advantage).
• Proactive, able to work under schedule pressure, willing to travel to project sites outside Ho Chi Minh City when required by the project.
• Good communication and coordination skills with multiple parties (investors/owners, supervision consultants, contractors).
• Preference for candidates who have participated in hotel/office building/hospital projects.
