Job Description
AZ Technologies is a leading integrator of Audio - Visual - Control solutions (Pro AV & ELV), and an official distributor & deployment partner of QSC, Crestron, JBL, Atlona, AVPro Edge... for 5-star hotels, office towers, hospitals, and shopping centers nationwide.
The Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing technical AV/ELV solutions that meet customer needs, supporting the Sales team during the consulting/quotation phase, and ensuring technical feasibility before deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Survey existing conditions and advise on technical AV/ELV solutions (audio, video, control, AV over IP, smart home...) based on customer/project requirements.
- Design system diagrams, prepare bill of quantities (BOQ), and coordinate with the Sales department to prepare quotations.
- Work with manufacturers (QSC, Crestron, JBL, Atlona...) to stay updated on new products and request technical support when needed.
- Provide technical support to the installation team during deployment when design-related issues arise.
- Participate in demos and present technical solutions directly to customers when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Electronics, Electrical - Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AV/ELV/system integration.
- Solid understanding of audio, video, and AV over IP network system principles; able to read and interpret technical equipment datasheets in English.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with AV system design/simulation tools is an advantage.
- Manufacturer certifications (QSC, Crestron...) are a big plus but not required — the company provides training support.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to present technical solutions clearly and understandably.
