Description\n\nThe ConferX 8×4 Matrix Switcher is ideal for any conference room, classroom, or huddle space. This 4K switcher can display any of the eight sources through both the HDBaseT and HDMI output ports. All four of the outputs are completely independent of each other, allowing the user to show four sources at the same time. Working with a microphone or intercom system will not be a problem with additional audio inputs and outputs. When you need a stable solution for video distribution, look to the entire line of ConferX products.\n\nWith two HDBaseT inputs, this switch works alongside two directly connected ConferX Wall Plate Transmitters. You can have HDMI, VGA, or USB-C inputs up to 100 meters from the AC-CX-84. With the Quick Switch feature, these remote sources still switch simultaneously as a local HDMI source, keeping your system running smoothly. This allows a teacher or presenter to use their laptop directly at the podium or presenter’s station without connecting anything to the matrix switcher. The AC-CX84-AUHD gives any end user a simplified experience for sharing ideas inside a classroom, conference room, or huddle space.\n\n* key benefits\n* specs\n* resources\n* in the box\n\nUltra High Definition – This unit supports 4K60 (4:4:4) 18Gbps signaling for today’s modern office. As displays get larger and new PCs default to 4K resolutions, your video distribution products must be built to handle these high resolutions.\n\nDistance – By using any ConferX 100 meter wall plate transmitter or the AVPro Edge RNE receiver, the transmission distance for HD 1080P is 100 meters (330ft) & 4K is up to 70 meters (230ft) into the matrix! Additionally, go 100M on 1080P, 70M on 4K from the HDBaseT output to a display.\n\nMirrored Mode – This allows users to mirror the images of output 1 and 2, then separately mirror outputs 2 and 3. This enables you to play the same source through the HDMI and HDBaseT ports that are side by side. This turns your 8×4 into an 8×2 with mirrored HDMI and HDBaseT outputs.\n\nQuick Switch – Quick Switch is a new process of switching video sources that allows for faster switching. With Quick Switch, you can change sources on screen quickly. For a 4k30 signal, you can switch under 3 seconds; for 1080p signals you can switch under 2 seconds!\n\nControl – Simple front panel control, a web-based GUI, IR, and RS232 control is available.\n\nPower – The ConferX 8×4 can power both the HDBaseT transmitters and the HDBaseT receiver. This eliminates unnecessary power supplies and cleans up the look of your installation.\n\nInteroperability – Because this matrix switcher has an HDBaseT input and output, it can work alongside any standard HDBaseT equipment.\n\nHDBaseT Input:\n\n* AC-CXWP-HDMO-T (allows for an HDMI input. 100 meters 1080p, or 70 meters 4k)\n* AC-CXWP-VGA-T (allows for switchable VGA and HDMI inputs. 100 meters 1080p, or 70 meters 4k)\n* AC-CXWP-USBC-T (allows for switchable USB-C and HDMI inputs. 100 meters 1080p, or 70 meters 4k)\n* AC-EX70-444-TNE (100 meters 1080p, 70 meters 4k@18Gbps)\n\nHDBaseT Output:\n\n* AC-EX70-444-RNE-P (100 meters 1080p, 70 meters 4k@18Gbps)\n* AC-EX70-SC2-R (100 meters 1080p, 70 meters 4K@18Gbps)\n\n| | |\n| --- | --- |\n| Video: | |\n| Video Resolutions | Up to 4K 60Hz 4:2:0 & 4K 30Hz 4:4:4 |\n| VESA Resolutions | Up to 2560×2048 (QSXGA) |\n| HDR Formats/Resolutions | 4k24 4:2:2 12 bit, 4k24 4:2:0 10 bit |\n| Color Space | YUV (Component), RGB (CSC: Rec. 601, Rec. 709, BT2020, DCI, P3 D6500) |\n| Chroma Subsampling | 4:4:4, 4:2:2, 4:2:0 Supported |\n| Deep Color | Up to 16 BIT (1080), Up to 12 bit (4K) |\n| Audio: | |\n| Audio Formats Supported HDMI | PCM 2.0 Ch, LPCM 5.1 & 7.1, Dolby Digital, DTS 5.1, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, DTS-X, Dolby Atmos |\n| Audio Formats Supported Extracted (TOSLINK) | PCM 2.0 Ch, LPCM 6 CH, LPCM 7 CH, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS-Master Audio |\n| Audio Formats Supported Extracted (2CH Port) | PCM 2 CH (No Downmix) |\n| Audio Extraction Location | Bind to INPUT, Bind to OUTPUT or MATRIX (Independent) |\n| Audio Delay (Per Output, Extracted) | Up To 630ms |\n| Distance: | |\n| HDBaseT In (10.2Gbps) | Up to 100 meters (330 feet) with CAT 6a |\n| HDBaseT In (18Gbps using ICT) | Up to 70 meters (230 feet) with CAT 6a |\n| HDBaseT Out (10.2Gbps) | Up to 100 meters (330 feet) with CAT 6a |\n| HDBaseT Out (18Gbps using ICT) | Up to 70 meters (230 feet) with CAT 6a |\n| HDMI In/Out (18Gbps) | Up to 8 Meters (26 feet) |\n| HDMI In/Out (18Gbps with AOC) | Up to 40 Meters (131 Feet) |\n| Other: | |\n| Bandwidth HDMI | 18Gbps Uncompressed |\n| Bandwidth HDBaseT | 10.2Gbps & 18Gbps using ICT |\n| HDCP | HDCP 2.3 and Earlier |\n| PoH for Transmitters and Receivers | Yes, all HDBaseT Inputs and Outputs |\n| Control: | |\n| Ports | LAN, RS232, IR, Micro USB |\n| LAN Web OS | YES |\n| Ports: | |\n| HDMI | Type A |\n| LAN | RJ45 w/ Web Interface/ Control |\n| Audio (Extracted Digital) | Toslink |\n| Audio (Extracted Analog) | 5 Pin Terminal Block (Balanced) |\n| IR RX | 3.5mm Stereo (3-Conductor) |\n| RS232 | 3 Pin Terminal Block |\n| Environmental: | |\n| Operating Temperature | 23 to 125°F (-5 to 51°C) |\n| Storage Temperature | -4 to 140°F (-20 to 60°C) |\n| Humidity Range | 5-90% RH (No Condensation) |\n| Power: | |\n| Power Consumption (Total) | 65 Watts Max |\n| Power Supply – Matrix | Input: AC 100-240V ~ 50/60Hz Output: DC 48V  2.7A |\n| Dimensions: | |\n| Dimensions  (Unit Only – Height/Depth/Width) | mm: 50.8 x 260.35 x 441.33 inch: 2 x 10.25 x 17.375 |\n| Dimensions (Packaged Length/Width/Height) | mm: 88.9 x 444.5 x 495.3 inch: 3.5 x 17.5 x 19.5 |\n| Rack Units | 1 Unit |\n| Weight (Unit) | 7.4 lbs.
